solid corner seals............I am still waiting to hear back from
"Hurley" in England which I asked the same question about their
"'Triple spring" solid corner seals............

Without going into the metal they are made of how about some straight info concerning
side plate wear using these corner seals........This engine will be used in an aircraft lightly
turbo boosted (mostly normalized at altitude but never more than 45 in/mercury for take off
I am primarily interested in getting as many hours as possible and do not want aftermarket
parts to hasten the need for overhaul..........

Kathy, What are these made of..........Have heard the opinion that corner seals made of harder metal than the stock Mazda sintered iron seals would make extra wear on the side plates........ Best Regards, Kelly Troyer Oklahoma |
