Why can't you just cut the injector bosses out in one piece, rotate them 180
degrees and reglass it manifold?  The fuel rail would just have to be
rotated 180 also and that would make the change pretty simple.  Not easy,
simple!

If it turns out to be ugly, you could always paint it some other color than
red!  :>)

A hole saw fit over the injector bosses, and they came out really easy.  A hammer and a sharp chisel got the fuel rail mount point out without much trouble.  Flipped it around, stuck the three pieces into position with some micro, with place the fuel rail in place to locate everything.  After that set, I smooth it all out with flox and three layers of 8oz glass.

I still have a stubborn leak in my PSRU.  I think it may be around the rear seal.  I'm going to take a look at that, and I should be ready for more ground runs.

Ernest, not that I'm a genius but the only way you might be able to do a) is to supply the chamber with compressed air at low psi . but I doubt if the spark plug holes and rotor face will align with the area under the oil injector bosses.

The alignment is really good, actually.  I've attached a picture of the
completed manifold.  Those shiny spots right above the injectors are the oil injector bosses.

Looking at this picture has me thinking of a different
modification...turning the fuel rail 90*, and drilling the upright part of the support.  That would direct the injectors into the outer
runners at about a 30* angle.

OTOH, I do have one of those self-contained HVLP sprayers that could give a
me a good supply of air into the chamber.
