Doug,
Bypass can be installed anywhere between the pressure and return lines but I (and I believe
Mark did) would place the bypass close to the fuel rails and injectors in order to purge air from
as much of the pressure line as possible in the event of a tank run dry and a air lock preventing
the pump (s) from priming...........IMHO

Kelly; I remember reading about this before a few yrs ago but haven't considered it since. Practicly speaking how are the fellas laying this out and what size fuel line and fittings are they using? -4 if I remember right from a few yrs ago...but here do they TEE it? Right after the
pumps to ensure fuel fills the pumps again if run dry I'd suppose. We just got a new roof on our house and I've about finished a bathroom remodel so now will begin backyard landscaping and pool replastering...still hope to work on a/c again in Sept - Dec when hanger cools off!
