My engine stages at bin 84, it won't transtion smoothly through the staging unless it's that rich. I'll play around with it a bit.

Taking a hint from Jeff's plotting, here is a plot of your (green) and my (red/orange) fuel maps with mine adjusted to your reference. This points out as Jeff has also indicated you are considerably richer than I am from approx bin # 80 and higher. Now because you have a smaller primary you may need higher values in your fuel map - I suspect. As Jeff astuely pointed out the very steep increase around bin #84 just does not seem justified. However, your air/fuel ratio indicator can provide you a much better indication of what your engine has/wants in those regions. I suspect you would see your air/fuel ratio to the rich side in that region
When I fly my cruise sweet spot has me operating between bins 80 and 90 where as you can see I am pretty lean.
