I think it was Rusty that indicated he was using a prop
extension. Was this with Tracy's redrive? If so, how does an extension
work with the metal inserts that are in tracy's hub?
I think I need a 2-2.5" extension to make things fit easier.

Hi
Bill. The extension is bored out for the drive lugs. I just
test fit my new 4" prop extension yesterday, and it's a very tight precision
fit. Spruce carries these, and they're all special order items.
You have to tell them exactly what hub you have, what hub you want for the
prop, bolt sizes for both, etc. Mine was about $400, and weighs 6
lbs. Price and weight will be reduced at shorter lengths.
Cheers,
Rusty (back
to the torture session, aka fiberglass)
