Great!  It is one of those wonderful things that has really strong springs behind lots of really small parts that fly all over when you unsuspectedly remove a screw!   :>)

He is a picture of a 48IDA Weber with the proper names shown. (Nomenclature)

 

It looks complicated only because everything has changable sizes. In most automotive carbs you get drilled holes and no way to tune the carb.

 

You can tune everything on a Weber.
