On the Renesis, the oil returns through the filter.   Can you do the same thing on the 13B?  Block the return shown in the picture and just use the oil filter.  Don’t know if this would work, I don’t have a 13B.

First of all, that is an oil-IN fitting. Oil out is on the other end of the engine.

 

I don't have a Conversion concepts mount, so can't help you with the interference solution.

I have  been mulling over options for a few years now but it is getting closer to the time to start coming up with a strategy to deal with the clearance issue on the right front side of my Conversion Concepts 13B mount.  As is came, there is a clearance issue due to oil out (?) fitting; so I'm wondering what some of you who have "gone before" did to address this issue.
