Kevin, if you need insulation on the terminal cut a notch in a short piece of heat shrink, slide it over the connector and just heat shrink the area over the crimp.  JohnD

You would use a Female Spade Solderless Connector. Slides on over the pedestal terminal like a wine glass stem goes in a wine glass rack.
