from Burns Stainless, they expanded the ends for an additional cost of $5.00
per expansion.  If you happen to be purchasing the stainless from them, they
could also expand it for you, or perhaps the other source/suppliers can do the

I followed your lead on the intake pipes, and ordered the tubes pre-expanded from Burns.  Now of course, I probably won't be using them... 
 
Anyway, I'm afraid the exhaust tubing will be a tight, and complex fit, so I won't be able to pre-plan it well enough to get the ends pre-expanded.  Worst case, Spruce sells slip joints to help join tubes.
