    Hey, Rusty....I purchased a tailpipe expander for my aluminum intake tubes, and was less succesful than Ed.  However, when I ordered the tubing from Burns Stainless, they expanded the ends for an additional cost of $5.00 per expansion.  If you happen to be purchasing the stainless from them, they could also expand it for you, or perhaps the other source/suppliers can do the same.
