I wondered about that on Sunday, and verified each one is connected to the proper pin on the EC-2.  I didn't find any mistakes on that, but I had also

I was reviewing the EM-3 connections in the manual, and I have a question.  AQM TB4-13 - I have it connected to the display pin 17, but I also see that it is labeled as VSS/Ground.  Should I have also connected this to ground near the AQM ?  The drawing on page 12 of the EM-3 manual shows it as just running between the AQM and display.

If operation seems normal with just the ground running to the display connector, there is no need to ground it locally.  Some users will need to ground the AQM near by depending on installation details of the individual aircraft  (ground & power noise factors)

Also, you were correct about the RPM.  The EM-3 was connected tot he rotor 1 secondary.  I move that connection to the primary injector, so that should be resolved.
