I pay less than 500 for liability only similar to Steves.  The broker I use
is Skysmith.  They get quotes from all the underwriters.

No one has ever balked at insuring the rotary.  Premiums maybe somewhat
higher than a lyc plane everything else being equal, but not a big
difference..  maybe 10-20% more.
