If the Returning  fuel (after the regulator) is directed to the main wing tank, you could eliminate one header tank and one Facet fuel pump, for a simpler system.  No need for transfer pump and transfer valve.   It would require one shutoff valve for emergency shutoff of  the wing tank.

I make it a point to have the shortest possible high pressure (35 psi.) fuel line because of the dangers of a high pressure fuel leak.
