Well dang it Mark....Houston is not that far a hop then, now is it??????? <g> Ellington Field (EFD) is a great little-big airport despite the fact it is run by the city. Have Astronauts tooling around routinely....that is if helping a fellow rotor-head with a fresh set of eyes is not enough ;-)

I guess it is just you and me at the moment. I have been flying my 3-rotor Lancair pretty much every chance I get. It is showing 139.7 hrs on the Hobbs. I've been as far north as Denver, and two weeks ago flew it down to Port Aransas, TX. Cooling could use some improvement in order to keep flying during the hot Texas summers. But I'm working on that.
