Bob,
Don't forget to add the 16X, it's a special I did for Ed.

I've pretty much finalized my efforts at t-shirt design.  The images
are at http://bob-white.com/tshirt so take a look.  These are all based
on George Lenich's design and the 2D versions are closest to what he is
doing for himself.  If you want to download an image, be sure to click
on the "Full Resolution" link at the bottom of the photo to get the
best copy.

I purchased a t-shirt from WalMart, and ordered one from gyoshirt.com.
Gyoshirt is the Australian company George is working with.  I like the
gyoshirt design application. They will let you put images on the front
and back.  I've attached a couple of small pictures of the design I
submitted to them.  Now for a word of warning.  They don't communicate
very well.  It took several days to get a response to ask about
shipping costs.  I haven't heard anything about my order, and it went
in on the 19th.  Total cost for the t-shirt with shipping to the us was
$35 AU, or $29.50 US (if I get it).

I ordered the deluxe WalMart shirt with a base price of $16.22.  Total
with shipping and sales tax was $23.72.  They also sell a cheaper
shirt.  The WalMart design only allows for a picture on the front of
the shirt.  I had to upload 6 or 7 copies of the image before I could
get one that worked right.  From what I could see on the web, it looked
like the image would come out too small, but in fact it was OK.  The
wing spread was 13.5" on the finished product.  Photo attached.

I tried the hot transfer decals, and as I was told, they are quite
inferior.  Plus, with my printer limitations, I can only get an image
10.5" wide.  Not worth the trouble.

Finally, one or more of these images will be available on Cafe Press
web site depending on what Dwayne wants to do with them.
