I looked into an airpark before selecting our current home (not on an airpark).  One thing that concerned me was possible problems in reselling it.  It seemed to me that a home on an airpark just might not appeal to the vast majority of potential home buyers, so I decided locating close to an airport was better from that perspective.  Now, it may not be a real problem, but I didn’t want to test it.
