No, Joe, I don't use the FFL and FFH values for fuel flow (or anything else
for matter).

I measure the injector PW and determine the time they are on and then using
your injector flow rates (gotta know that), I calculated the amount of fuel
passed for flow and fuel used.  Get the rpm from that source as well.  So I
don't need the serial hook up for my EFISM to work - but if you want to talk
to the EC2 with my EFISM unit then you do need the serial hookup.  I have
one user flying with just hooked to the injectors wiring harness and the O2
sensor.  Doesn't want to mess talking with the EC2 {:>).

The "FF" code is just an end of string code that Tracy uses to signify when
the communication from the EC2 has finished transmitting its set of data.

How do you determine Fuel Flow Rate on your EFISM?  I was assuming it was
through the FF value from the EC2.
