Jeff & Ben
I sent an e-mail for more information on this product, getting some things in Australia is sometimes problematic - however I did find a recipe for something similar using corn starch i.e.
1 cup of corn starch
2 cups of salt
1& 1/3 cups of water.

Put salt and 2/3 cup of water in a pan and bring to the boil.

Separately mix cornstarch with 2/3 cup of water, and mix well.

Blend the mixtures together (heat as you mix) - kneed into a clay .

Clay can be air dried and can be stored in the fridge in an air tight container.

(I suspect that a pourable mix might be just extra water.)

If anyone wants to try this like Ben for instance, please give some feed-back.

There are a number of hits discussing the use of corn starch in

Ben,
I did some searching myself, but couldn't find what I was after - if
you find it let me know and I will put it in my notes.

George,

I had not seen that, but sounds like a good idea. I will do a little
research on the subject to see what I can find. Won't have much time
to look until next week. Heading up to OSH this weekend for a
volunteer weekend. Not a good time to leave work, but I signed up,
and the heck with

the customers for a few days. ;)

Best...

Ben
