I’ve been reading Tracy Crook conversion guide that I’ve found very interesting. Since I have about three more years to finish my Cozy, there is time for me to do research about engines. I think the choices for me will be either the Rotary or a XP-360.

 

There is a subject that I would like to have some feedback from you: oil supply for the engine. The guide say that is recommended to disable the system that is included with the engine because is a potential source of failure, and premix the fuel with two stroke oil. My question is, how do you accomplish that? Is that simple to put oil in the tank? Also, there is anyone using an alternate system, either the one that comes with the engine or other that does not involve premixing fuel with oil?
