Another quandary.

I have been reading about fuel injectors and is seems that the fuel pressure
standard is 3 bar which is about 43-44 pounds.  The recommendation from
Tracy is about 35 pounds.  That will reduce the flow of the injectors by
around 11% or so.
Can someone (hopefully Tracy so it will be a fact and not a guess..  :>))
shed some light on why we are at a lower fuel pressure?  What pressure does
the car run at?
