I think this guy is a total doofus.  Suggesting that folks who are
converting auto engines believe that a PSRU multiplies HP is just
about as dumb as believing it yourself.  Where he gets his numbers is
a mystery.  A proctologist could uncover all of his research IMO.
Wonder if it ever occurred to him that there's a REASON why Corvair
engines or derivatives therefrom have not appeared on automobiles for
several generations.  Probably not.  My guess is that this guy should
not be allowed anywhere an airport without supervision.
Just my first impression.  Now, back to diffusers :o)  .... Jim S.
