There's a 15 pound spring in the wastegate that came with it, but we will know the final boost (probably around 7-9 pounds) after we get it on the dyno, and see where it's happy.  Did a lot of research with the 20B racers down South and in Australia, and this is what we came up with on the intercooler.  We want the engine to run well, without stressing it.

The 64K size are just right, Greg the 40K were too low in resolution.  Man I am impressed, that is some intercooler you have – larger than some radiators – so just how much boost are you going to be running {:>)?
