Hi Chris,

The simplest solution would probably be to cut the connector off and
crimp on a couple of PIDG ring terminals.  Make one lead a little
longer than the other so they can be side by side without touching.  Do
the same on the mating cable and use 6-32 screws to connect them
together.  As long as you keep the connections close together to
minimize temperature differences, there will be very little error
introduced. (see attached photo)
