I've found the torque values for the water pump attaching bolts and nuts are to be at 13-20 ft lbs, but I needed to verify the water pump pulley bolts are torqued correctly.  I am referring to the 8 small pulley bolts which attach the pulley to the water pump.  What is the torque value?
