Randy:
I built the jig and cut and shaped the aluminum sheet stock for the tank.
Then I took it to a pro to weld. I have yet to test it for presure but if
there are leaks he said he'd repair them once I found them and marked them.
The original plans for the Falconar also allow for using galvanized metal
and brazing with bronze braze. I may try building my aft tank this way as it
will be a straight square tank. Though I have seen some marine grade poly
fuel tanks that are close enough in size for what I may need.
