I may not write a lot at this time, but the RES12 and RES13 will not go away.
In addition to using my AVID as a test bed, I think the second engine will go into a SONEX.  
 
Hi Richard.  I didn't mean to imply that the Renesis single would be any improvement over the engines that you're working on now.  In fact, it could very well end up being heavier.  I was just excited to see someone who was already working on making a single out of a Renesis.  With the work that you, and others are doing, I think the single rotor may finally catch on. 
 
I believe the rotary engine will only perform superior if used with a constant speed(in flight adjustable) prop. Fortunately, there are two props in the power range available, these are the Italian QUINTI and the Airmaster from Newseeland.
The prices seem to be reasonable.

I guess that's an added bonus of getting the power down to the range where these props will work.  Keep those great ideas comin' :-)
