This is a twin setup that I played with, the front engine is a 670
Rotax snowmobile engine that puts out 125 hp.
Had a sprag clutch on the Rotax and just used it for takeoff and
climb out then shut it down, the Mazda had a dog clutch so I could disengage it
if it blew, would not hold level flight with the Rotax but at 10,000 ft I could
stretch about 80 mile glide out of it.
