Where did you get that grey heatshield?
What's it made of?
Be sure you have good lips on those intake piping junctions. Even with good lips (or ribbed ends) I had my joins pop off on take off a couple of times. Sure gets your attention! One thing to watch out for - a full power run-up didn't pop the junctions. Once the prop winds up you get more airflow during take off than you can simulate static.
