I'm thinking that the 60-1 compressor flows alot more air than the stock TO-4 compressor, and the logic was that it would load the turbine down to prevent overspeed. I honestly don't have enough experience to say until I run it at full power and find out what happens.
I was hoping to eventually go to a 3 blade prop and intercooler once the basic flight issues etc. are done. That seems a long way off.
