Ernest,
I don't get the Contact Mag- anything you can pass on of interest. I'm always keen on seeing different approaches.

Dude, you're missing so much.

Rotomax.
-Single and dual rotors.
-160Hp at 190lbs.
-Aluminum side housings with a 'carbide' coating on the wear surfaces
-Charge cooled.  No oil cooler.  Only one radiator.
-Two stroke oil is injected, not mixed with the fuel, and is stored in a separate reservoir.
-Cast eshaft has lightening holes to reduce weight.
-Side ported during idle (with intake porting that I haven't quite figured out yet)
-Peripheral port butterfly opens as the throttle is advanced.
-Water pump is integrated with the rear housing.
!!Generator stator is integrated with the rear housing.  Rotor magnets are integrated with the PSRU.!!

They're working on development of the turbo version now.  They expect to eventually produce 3 and 4 rotor versions.  Adding a rotor only adds 50lbs.

If I only had $20K, and they were around about 5 years ago.
