The cheaper plugs are 19 mm for the 1990 turbo model. Once we added the zenor diode and resistor I compared both the 13 B and Renesis plugs. I did not see any notable difference in ground testing. I now have over 85 hours on the original Renesis plugs that came with my engine (9,500 miles on the car when it was wrecked). I use nothing but Mogas and have my fuel pumps mounted on the floor behind the firewall of my RV-7A. I have not had any vapor lock problems at temps above 95 deg. in the summer. Several days ago several posts showed problems with cowl interference with 13 B engines. I've found that when using the Renesis engine the water pump outlet, alternator mount and oil fill can easilly be modified to fit the RV-7A using the James Rotary cowl. Dennis H. Bobby J.
