It has two thin tubes that insert into the bottom of the two Primary ports and it exits the bottom of the intake manifold with about a 5/16 inch diameter tube. In the original (Mazda) design, it allowed air to enter the primary ports and help to break up fuel droplets. I have a vacuum tube hooked up to it that goes to my fuel pressure regulator. How did you handle yours and where did you get the fuel pressure regulator vacuum?
