Mark, ACI is the place where I ordered my PRF 83282 after my brake fire back in 2005.
I could not find it anyplace at the time where you could get a quantity less than 1 gallon.  Most FBO appear not interested and are sticking with the more flammable 5606 - I mean there is no point in switching if you're never going to have a hydraulic oil fire {:>).  The 83282 flash point is over 200F higher than that of the 5606

Ed,

Has the price gone up?  ACI [http://commerce.acilubes.com/SearchResult.aspx?CategoryID=7 ]
wants $25 per gallon, plus shipping.  They also have 6 gallons for $150 - in one quart bottles - again, plus shipping.

Maybe a group purchase would be in order?  The down side is double shipping.  Ed, was there a HAZMAT charge for your purchase?
