Al, I agree with Finn that the wires are fragile. Truly that doesn't sound that bad on price. Westach is higher and they have been pretty reasonable in the past. (cheapest almost $50) You can try Omega but I doubt they will be any cheaper. Omega has a bunch of wire for connections and plugs for thermocouples if you need it.

Note that the support of the wires coming out of the probes are critical. If possible support them to something on the engine. The length of the wires that is flexing between the airplane and the engine should be supported on both sides.
