If yours is the "log" style intake, re; throttle body-log-intake runners-eng. block. I think you are ok any place in the log area (all runners are basicly tied in together) the log is taking the place of the dynamic chamber. From what I have been reading on "the list" that is the latest & greatest intake design borrowed from Mazda RX8 itself. My T-body & remote oil filter are from a late model Cadillac Northstar eng. (my neighbor still can't figure out why his wife's car won't start). David.

David, I don't have the dynamic chamber. The Weber/throttle body is bolted direct to the overtop intake manifold. I tapped in about 5 inches down stream for convenience sake, but I can move the vacuum taps closer to the carb/throttle body if things don't work out. I need to hook up the vacuum gauge and the lines to the EC2, check the fuel pumps for operation, install prop and hit the starter. many wires and hoses need to be secured, but I want to see if it starts first. I'm up the road about two hours from you at Marion. Hope all goes well on your first start. JohnD

John; I believe the concensus is for the vacume signal to be taken from the dynamic chamber, not any single/set of intake runners, I had to move mine from factory vacume ports near eng. end of runners to newly created (easly done ) three ports near throttle body, MAP-A, MAP-B & center one goes to fuel pres. reg. On the EC2 there are two vacuum connectors. I have a vacuum line from each rotor (13B) going to the panel, does it matter which vacuum line I connect to the right or left EC2 connector. Hope that question came out right. JohnD
