I started a 2400 sq ft shop (with a 960 sq ft attached leanto) in June and I am just now ready to install the steel roof.  There is no way that I will be finished by June, so this project is going to take well over a year.  It just takes a long time when you are working by yourself!  And yes, I am also over budget!!!!
