Harold, it's painful isn't it?  Feels like losing an old friend.

 

May I suggest that you don't just shred the membership renewal, but send

an email letter to the editor to let them know that you did it and why.

 

I have also decided not to renew my membership; and sending an e-mail to the editor is a good idea.  I used to look forward to each issue of sport aviation, but now find little of interest; and I have little interest in ever taking my plane to Oshkosh.  I suppose having completed to the building process (as much as it is ever ‘completed’) is a contributing factor. And I’m not quite ‘into’ the AOPA either, so where does that leave us?

 

It is a bit like losing a friend.
