I = realize that this is an aviation based forum, but thought that this = would be the best place to start. He is running a stock 13B in his RX7 and as he said, swapped out the = block, but left the rest alone. Reason for the block swap was a blown = cooling seal in the #1 chamber which resulted in a short duration high = temp situation.
