Yes, Jim Mosur and Ron Gowan both lost cooling. I am not familiar with the details of Ron's coolant lost, but he is on the list and may respond. Best I recall about Jim's is that it took him about 10 minutes to get to an airfield and then had to make a go-a-round due to an aircraft taking off. Successfully made the go-a-round and landed with a cooked engine. Told me that the next day when he pour coolant into the engine, that it leaked like a sieve. It had cooked every rubber seal in the engine and then some. It did require a rebuild, but I understand he was able to use most of the major parts.
