I have Windows Media Player, and CyberLink Power DVD, and Irfanview, I would prefer Windows Media Player, but have not found the slow motion feature. Yvon

It's not a feature of the PC. It's a feature of the video playing software. What software are you using to play the video? It could be one of a very great many, each with different features.
