Dale, weather has kept Tracy from making it to CoppeState the last couple of
years as best i recall. He did not make it this time due to a wide nasty
area of weather between here and there. Its really bad if Tracy does not
make it. I know he was as disappointed as anybody.

I just got back from the Copperstate Fly-in. At 10:00, I was at Forum
Tent #5 - but no Tracy. Dejavu all over again. Does anyone know if he is
