Cell $E$41 in that hidden worksheet and simply calculates the over all cooling capacity figure %(adds the total cooling capacity and subtracts the total cooling required,etc) and N39 is linked to that cell to display it on the one worksheet you can see. I suspect that Gnumeric is having difficulty with some of the Excell linking between worksheets. However, its odd that the same link problem doesn't also show up on the other cells in the cooling section as all are linked back to the same a Cooling Calculation worksheet. I will send you a second copy, just in case there was a bit flipped in the first copy.
