I didn't ask about quantity discounts, but their prices aren't bad in any events. US $248 (AUD $311) per pump, and US $150 (AUD $302 - don't ask me how THAT conversion works) for the controller. If I go this route I'll probably wire wire "full on" with a control switch, and the other with a controller. That way the controller-based pump will do its thing, and I can either boost or replace it with a max-flow option in times of need. I don't see a call for TWO controllers.
