Did incorporate. I think it was a "C" incorporation, or was it an "S". Don't really recall.
One of the biggest issues was state sales tax. You have to file every qtr. wether you sell or not. Most of time I had nothing or may be 5 bucks at a time. That was just too agravating.

Just out of curiosity, Richard, did you fully incorporate or set up a Limited Liability Company?  If this does not work out, I'll just chalk it up to a "Life Experience" and continue (like you) enjoying my "hobby".

Yes Ed, you said something about the book from the used book store. I was busy ordering a copy (xerox) from the Philipines.
Thank you for the tip.
BTW, I desolved my adapter company after 2years because the volume was not sufficient to support the required formality maintenance. Not much fun.
Hope you do better.

I was only kidding - as you know, Marv.  I am surprised that there may even be  perceptions of banishment from  this list were around.  I mean if you get kicked off of here, its simply because of horrid  behavior/manners (does not play well with others {:>) - not viewpoint or position held on a technical topic.  You've really kept the "dark side" from running amuck over the rotary community.

Weather here not conducive to playing (outside).  Tire of readying about Limit Liability Company  - looks like I'll start filing the paper work to set up my attempt at a company next week.  Have to show a profit in 5 years or get classified as a "hobby" and all expenses/deductions disallowed by IRS.

But, something I've not done before so a bit exciting.
