There must be a source of oval injector connectors out
there someplace. Here are some candidates that I came across.

5th column looks like an oval NipponDenso injector
connector - rather pricey for sure.
A bunch of connectors more reasonably priced on e bay, but
can't tell whether oval or square
A few RX-7 injectors here with connectors if you need
both
The following website indicates they have oval connectors
look under NEW OEM Parts for :
Nissan/Nismo Oval Head Injector connector w. pigtail
Don't know if these oval connectors would work or
not
