27 foot pounds per Mazda.  I take mine to 29 after taking them all to 27.

Anybody know the torque spec for the 2 larger diameter tension bolts (21mm

I discovered that there was a coolant leak into the oil, and after removal
of the engine from the plane in order to get the pan off; I discovered the
21mm tension bolt inside the front cover had not been tightened. Then found
the other behind the CAS was also loose.  Last year I had an external leak
at one of the 21mm bolts a the rear housing, and found that the two at the
back had not been torqued. Pretty hard to imagine a rebuilder overlooking
torquing the main bolts that hold an engine together.
