I discovered that there was a coolant leak into the oil, and after removal of the engine from the plane in order to get the pan off; I discovered the 21mm tension bolt inside the front cover had not been tightened. Then found the other behind the CAS was also loose. Last year I had an external leak at one of the 21mm bolts a the rear housing, and found that the two at the back had not been torqued. Pretty hard to imagine a rebuilder overlooking torquing the main bolts that hold an engine together.
