Well, we finally built a decent-looking prototype.

This is a 4.6 amp-hr, 240 cranking amp, 12 volt battery that weighs about 1.5 pounds.
It is 4" long, 3" wide, and 2.5" tall (3" with the terminals.)
We can make them in 120 cranking amp (2.3 A-hr) increments. They get an inch taller and 12 oz. heavier for each increment.
I think we will be in production in about a month. We haven't set a price, but they significantly more expensive than your typical lead-acid battery.
