Can't help any on the cautions of wiring a canard for the EC2, but others can. Certain keep the EC2 program control wiring away from any pulsating wires such as injector and ignition.
 
That looks like a nice AHRS layout - I presume this is one you are creating?  Very interesting - would be interested in what gyro/accelerometer set up you used.

Now that I am about 98% finished with my instrument panel (power turned on Monday, passed all smoke checks for primary wiring, on board computer, monitoring IO, and radio stack,) I am ready to land the wiring in the aft of the AC (canard,)  which included EC2 wiring.  Please refresh my memory on recent discussions as to the power and trigger wiring for the Injectors and Ignition Coils.  I had a problem with my email and may have missed some of the latter discussions.  I prefer to learn from others adventures and get it right the first time.
