Tracy,
For the benefit of myself and others on the list, can you describe just what it takes to incorporate a data logger into the EM-2.  I'm curious as to where to purchase the hardware, what to purchase, where to plug it in, what s/w do I need to view the data, etc.  Sorry to ask such a novice question, but this is one area I've never ventured.  Looks like its time I learn.

I do have a DATAQ Instruments DI-194 data board.  It has 8 input channels and a DB-9 connector.  I think it was intended to directly interface with a PC.  Is this something I could use, or do I need something more sophisticated?

(my data logger is located in the video dept. of Circuit City)

Yep, went for the engine pod on the chance that I may like having the engine info integrated with the rest of the glass cockpit screen.  BMA is possibly the only monitor that will allow me to parallel it to the EM2 sensors (I'll have one, of course : ) and calibrate properly.

If I can settle on the packaging, the DL1 (Data Logger 1) will be ready for prime time and you won't have to fly with a camcorder.  As Ed has mentioned with his fuel flow instrument, this can be one of the thorniest problems in product development.
